Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Technical Revenue Accounting Manager to oversee end-to-end revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP (ASC 606). The role covers contract ingestion, month-end and quarter-end close, revenue reporting and reconciliations on a night shift onsite in Quezon City.

You will lead the revenue accounting function, manage complex revenue arrangements, and support audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Technical Revenue Accounting and Revenue Accounting
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, accounting software, Oracle Fusion, ERP apps, SQL, and Power BI reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue recognition from contract ingestion through financial statement recording in line with US GAAP and ASC 606
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close, revenue reporting and reconciliations, and audit support; handle complex revenue arrangements

Job Qualifications

• At least 8 to 10 years relevant experience in Technical Revenue Accounting and Revenue Accounting
• At least 5 years leadership experience
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, accounting software, Oracle Fusion preferred, ERP applications, SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis, and reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI
