Position Title
Delivery Lead Manager
WORK SETUP: RTO
OVERALL PURPOSE: Leadership role covering end-to-end Revenue recognition, from contract ingestion through financial statement recording, in compliance with ASC 606 month-end and quarter-end close, revenue reporting, account reconciliations, audit support, and complex revenue arrangements in accordance with US GAAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes for revenue, including preparation and review of journal entries, revenue transactions, write-offs, loss reserves, allowances, and related estimates.
- Provide strong technical guidance on US GAAP, ASC 606, revenue recognition policies, and appropriate accounting treatment for complex revenue arrangements and contract terms.
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports, including flux analysis, financial insights, projections, and ad-hoc management reporting.
- Oversee account reconciliations, including accounts receivable reconciliations and allowance for doubtful accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with financial policies.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external audit requirements in high-risk revenue areas, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, finance, operations, technology, risk and compliance, mobilization, recruitment, and other cross-functional teams to standardize approvals, streamline processes, and support decision-making.
- Design, implement, and refine scalable systems, automated processes, dashboards, and controls for revenue recognition and financial reporting.
- Maintain strong stakeholder and business partner relationships while ensuring alignment to service level agreements, control requirements, and business priorities.
- Support process improvement initiatives, SOX compliance, internal controls, and regulatory standards to strengthen control governance and reduce operational risk.
- Lead performance review discussions for respective team(s).
- Assist in creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for members not meeting expected production or quality targets.
- Provide suggestions to management on unit performance, including incentive programs, and performance rewards.
- Demonstrate sound understanding of Statement of Work, contractual commitments, revenue-impacting contract terms, and financial governance requirements.
- Leverage business transformation capabilities, including automation, Oracle Fusion, SQL-based analysis, and emerging technologies to improve revenue accounting operations.
- Accountable for achievement of service delivery targets including quality, productivity, timeliness, controls compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement objectives.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
At least 8 to 10 years relevant experience in Technical Revenue Accounting and Revenue Accounting With strong ASC 606 expertise At least 5 years leadership experience Good to have: Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, accounting software, Oracle Fusion preferred, ERP applications, SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis, and reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI
