CC.Talent seeks a proactive Technical Recruiter to build and maintain a pool of pre-vetted freelance and contract developers for our Philippines and Brazil hubs. You will source, interview, and assess candidates even when no openings exist, ensuring readiness for rapid client matching.

You will document findings, maintain updated candidate profiles, and leverage AI recruitment tools to improve sourcing and screening efficiency. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Experience in technical recruitment for software developers or IT contractors.
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates proactively.
• Strong English communication and interview skills.
• Familiarity with AI recruitment tools is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow a pipeline of pre-vetted developers for Philippines and Brazil hubs.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical skills, experience, and English proficiency.
• Document interview findings and candidate suitability for future matching.
• Maintain and update candidate profiles with skills, projects, rates, availability, and start dates.
• Support rapid candidate-to-role matching with client-facing teams.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing and screening processes.
