Job summary

VBP is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to embed deep technical expertise and quality assurance into the end-to-end advice process, bridging knowledge gaps for paraplanners, FPAs, mortgage assistants, and bookkeeping staff.

You will review SOA plans for technical accuracy and compliance, contribute to technical playbooks, coach frontline teams, and lead monthly sessions on industry funds, regulatory changes, and evolving market trends to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial advice documents (SoA, RoA).
• Familiarity with Xplan or equivalent tools.
• Senior FPA/PP/MBA or 2+ years in end-to-end advice/loan implementation.

Responsibilities

• Review and vet SOA plans for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Integrate automation into quality control and advice review processes.
• Provide coaching and learning recommendations to frontline teams.
• Deliver end-to-end advice support and collaborate with practice teams.
