Job summary

AI Rudder Pte Ltd in Manila is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead AI projects from planning through deployment, coordinating with customers and internal teams on requirements and timelines.

You will manage PoC, PoV, UAT, and go-live activities, ensure delivery milestones, and provide technical guidance on AI workflows, architecture, API integrations, and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in: Technical Project Management, AI Solution Delivery, Software Implementation, Solution Consulting
• Experience managing software or AI projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of: AI products, SaaS, APIs, System integrations, Cloud technologies
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum project management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI projects from start to finish, including planning, testing, deployment, and launch.
• Be the main technical contact between customers and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, scope, milestones, risks, issues, and customer expectations.
• Meet with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
• Turn customer requirements into clear project and implementation plans.
• Coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC), Proof of Value (PoV), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-launch support.
• Work with different teams to solve problems and keep projects on schedule.
• Collect customer feedback and work with Product and Engineering teams to improve the product. Provide technical support and guidance on: AI workflows, System architecture, API integrations, Software integrations, Deployment plans
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management and customers.
• Identify project risks early and create plans to manage them.
• Support customer meetings through presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and solution discussions.
