Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in technical project management, AI solution delivery, software implementation or solution consulting.
• Experience leading software/AI projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI products, SaaS, APIs, system integrations and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects from planning through deployment, launch and post-launch support.
• Serve as the main technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Manage timelines, scope, milestones, risks, issues and expectations.
• Translate customer requirements into concrete project and implementation plans.
• Coordinate PoC, PoV, UAT, go-live and post-launch activities.
• Gather customer feedback to guide product improvements and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance on AI workflows, architecture, APIs, and deployments.
• Prepare status reports for management and customers.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:Manage AI projects from start to finish, including planning, testing, deployment, and launch.Be the main technical contact between customers and internal teams.Manage project timelines, scope, milestones, risks, issues, and customer expectations.Meet with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.Turn customer requirements into clear project and implementation plans.Coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC), Proof of Value (PoV), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-launch support.Work with different teams to solve problems and keep projects on schedule.Collect customer feedback and work with Product and Engineering teams to improve the product.Provide technical support and guidance on: AI workflows, System architecture, API integrations, Software integrations, Deployment plansMonitor project progress and prepare status reports for management and customers.Identify project risks early and create plans to manage them.Support customer meetings through presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and solution discussions.
Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in: Technical Project Management, AI Solution Delivery, Software Implementation, Solution ConsultingExperience managing software or AI projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.Good understanding of: AI products, SaaS, APIs, System integrations ,Cloud technologiesKnowledge of Agile or Scrum project management.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Good problem-solving and risk-management skills.Good professional English.Mandarin is a plus.
