Krayden, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Product Marketing Engineer to craft technical marketing content that clarifies product features, benefits, and applications. You will research topics, develop materials, and collaborate with engineering and sales to align messaging with customer needs.

Responsibilities include creating website content, catalogs, guides, and presentations; supporting campaigns, trade shows, and digital publishing; and building product knowledge to support sales engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related) or Science (Chemistry or related).
Strong technical writing skills to translate complex technical information into clear marketing content.
Experience researching technical information using datasheets, documents, industry resources and literature.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and graphing software.
Ability to work with engineering, sales and marketing teams to create content aligned with business objectives.
Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of SEO principles for website content (preferred).
Basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML/CSS for updating website content (preferred).

Responsibilities

Technical Content Development (60%): Create and refine technical marketing content communicating features, benefits and applications.
Develop and maintain website content (product pages, category pages, application pages, blog).
Create marketing materials (catalogs, guides, presentations, sales collateral).
Research product technologies and industry trends to produce accurate content.
Update product information to ensure consistency across channels.
Collaborate with engineering and sales to incorporate feedback into content.
Marketing Execution & Support (30%): Support publishing formatting, layout, and basic visuals.
Publish content across platforms and keep assets organized.
Assist in general marketing activities and ad hoc tasks.
Subject Matter Expertise Development (10%): Build knowledge to support customer-facing teams.
Attend internal training and customer meetings to understand applications and challenges.
Complete relevant courses or supplier training to expand knowledge.
