Role Highlights

Position: Technical Product Manager (with AI Development Capabilities) – Product & Delivery Focus.

Type of work: Hybrid or 100% Remote

Work from office requirements: Flexible (can be 100% remote).

Type of contract: Permanent employment contract. B2/ freelancer arrangements can also be considered.

Contract location: Spain, other locations could also be considered.

Work schedule: 09:00am to 18:00h (CET time).

Type of company: Early stage Startup. Tech Digital Marketing agency (Focused on Influencer Marketing).

Years of experience required: 4–6+ years

Must-have skills: Technical Product Management, agile Delivery, AI technologies, capability to do software development with AI, Cloud platforms, backlog management, stakeholder management, team coordination/management experience, experience with Linear, startup mindset

Nice-to-have technical skills: Node.js, Next.js, React Native, Angular, APIs, software development background

Industry: Digital Platforms / Technology

Language requirements: English intermediate level or above, Spanish advanced level

Compensation: between 40.000€ and 50.000€ gross per year (depending on specific experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to help drive the successful delivery of product and technology initiatives across a growing engineering organization.

This role sits at the intersection of product, business, and technology. You will work closely with the engineering and design team to ensure priorities are aligned, projects are well-defined, and development efforts are focused on delivering maximum business impact.

The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong organizational and communication skills. You should be comfortable working closely with engineers, understanding technical challenges, and helping teams execute effectively.

What Will You Do?

• Own and manage the product and engineering backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and product requirements.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact delivery.
• Drive planning, prioritization, and execution of technology initiatives.

Ideally You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Technical Project Management, Engineering Management, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and cross-functional projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies and modern software products.
• Interest or experience in AI-powered products and emerging technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• Previous software engineering experience.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, React Native, Angular, or API-driven platforms, Linear.
• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.
• Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.

• Linear is clean, organized, and always up to date
• Bugs are well-defined, reproducible, prioritized, and tracked through resolution
• The development team is aligned, accountable, and shipping consistently
• Product, engineering, and business priorities are clearly communicated and understood
• Issues are resolved quickly without constant escalation
• Stakeholders have visibility into progress and delivery status
• You are no longer a bottleneck for execution and delivery
