Job summary

CodeRound AI is seeking a technically strong Product Manager to own the “what” and the “how” for a multichannel fulfillment platform. You will lead how Warehouse, Order, and Store Management systems come together, designing workflows, prototypes, and APIs with input from tech leads and engineers.

The role emphasizes architectural integrity, scalable design, and AI-powered capabilities to simplify complex user journeys across retail and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience owning product from discovery to delivery in a SaaS or enterprise platform.
• Strong collaboration with tech leads and engineers to balance architecture and product needs.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into workflows, prototypes, and UI mockups.
• Familiarity with API contracts, system architecture, and scalable design.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and development for a multichannel fulfillment platform (WMS, OMS, Store MS).
• Translate workflows and SOPs into scalable prototypes and UI mockups.
• Collaborate with tech leads to evaluate architectural trade-offs for performance and maintainability.
• Push back on short-term features that harm platform scalability and architecture.
• Own documentation, PRDs, APIs, workflows, and screen flows for engineering clarity.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery with the engineering team.
• Deliver internal and client demos explaining product workflows to stakeholders.
• Contribute to roadmap planning balancing feature velocity with tech debt reduction.
• Support design and rollout of AI-powered capabilities to simplify user journeys.
