Job summary

NEW PANAY AGRI-VENTURES DEVELOPMENT, INC. is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure reliable operation of air compressor units, generator sets, and reverse osmosis systems at our Iloilo plant.

You will secure supplies, follow checklists, perform preventive maintenance, record logs, and maintain a clean, safe work area while coordinating with teammates under flexible schedules. College graduate engineers preferred; experience in manufacturing is a plus; ability to work holidays and overtime

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably licensed Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Electronics Engineer.
• Experience in manufacturing industry or related field preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment, withFlexibility for schedule including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation of Air Compressor Units, Generator Set, and Reverse Osmosis System.
• Secure availability of diesel fuel for Genset and raw water for RO processing.
• Follow checklists before starting any equipment and maintain SOP adherence.
• Ensure equipment operates within defined operating parameters.
• Record consumables, reports, and monitoring logs accurately.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

Job description

I. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures the good running condition of the Air Compressor Units, Generator Set, and Reverse Osmosis System.




2. Secures the availability of diesel fuel for Genset, raw water supply for RO processing, and other supplies needed.




3. Ensures that all checklist items are performed before starting any of the assigned machines/equipment.




4. Ensures that the assigned machines operate within the required standard operating parameters.




5. Ensures proper recording of all consumable materials, reports and monitoring log sheets.




6. Ensures that the scheduled preventive maintenance on the machines is performed accordingly.




7. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of respective work area.
