Job summary

Aliaxis is seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead technical inputs for PVC/CPVC/OPVC extrusion projects. You will define specifications, oversee installation and ramp-up of extrusion lines, and collaborate with OEMs, procurement, and plant teams to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.

The role focuses on optimizing production processes, improving OEE, throughput, and product quality, and driving VA/VE initiatives across multiple sites within the Aliaxis group.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of PVC, CPVC, and OPVC extrusion processes.
• Experience with VA/VE projects and cost optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with ISO/IMS standards and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical inputs for preparing business cases related to pipe projects (PVC/CPVC/OPVC).
• Define and develop technical specifications for extrusion lines and downstream equipment.
• Lead installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of extrusion lines across locations.
• Support operational excellence initiatives to improve OEE, throughput, and quality.
• Identify and drive cost optimization via VA/VE and change management processes.
