Job summary
Atlanta Industries Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a Business Process and Systems Specialist to optimize manufacturing processes for PVC piping. You will maintain Management Systems Procedures and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste across all business processes.
The role requires deep knowledge of PVC/cPVC/uPVC production, ISO 9001 familiarity, and strong collaboration with IT, operations, and external partners to align MES/ERP systems and drive continuous
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, especially PVC/cPVC/uPVC pipe production.
- Proven track record in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes for efficiency.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Knowledge of MES, ERP integration and IT collaboration for workflow alignment.
- Excellent communication with department heads, operators, IT teams and partners.
- Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving, detail-focused and independent in a dynamic plastics environment.
