Job summary

Excis Compliance (Thailand) Company Limited is seeking an L2 Support Engineer (Technical Interviewer) to evaluate candidates across IT domains, including IT Support, Cloud, Automation, and Infrastructure. You will conduct structured interviews and provide objective feedback to ensure only qualified candidates progress in global hiring processes.

The role requires hands-on IT experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work across multiple domains with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on IT support, systems administration, or networking.
• Proven experience in technical interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Strong breadth across Windows/Linux, AD, cloud platforms, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured technical interviews across IT domains.
• Assess competencies, problem-solving, and role-level capability.
• Develop and maintain question banks and practical challenges.
• Provide detailed, objective feedback in ATS with high candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers.
• Support diverse hiring needs from junior to lead roles.
