Job Description

• Serve as the main technical contact for customers and OEMs
• Support new product development and presentations with internal teams
• Manage customer technical specifications, standards, and documentation
• Coordinate product approvals, testing, and release activities
• Support industrialization of new products and customer‑specific requests
• Drive continuous improvement using customer KPIs
• Ensure compliance with quality, EHS, and company policies

The Successful Applicant

• With Engineering/Chemistry Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 organizations in the automotive cable industry
• Demonstrated track record of successful project execution
• Based in Metro Manila, but willing to travel as required
