Job summary

ASEC Development and Construction Corporation is seeking a capable Architect to join our team in Metro Manila. The role emphasizes supporting site communication, ensuring BOQ accuracy, and analyzing cost variations and scope changes related to the BOQ.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Architecture, at least six months of experience, basic MS Office skills, knowledge of EHS standards, cost management, contracts management, SAP, and scheduling tools like Primavera or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• At least six months total work experience
• Basic knowledge of/skills in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of/skills in Environment, Health, and Safety Standards and Procedures in the construction industry
• Basic knowledge in cost management including planning, estimating, and accounts
• Intermediate knowledge of/skills in estimating principles and practices, cost analysis
• Basic knowledge of/skills in contracts management
• Basic knowledge of/skills in SAP Systems
• Knowledge of/skills in scheduling software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project) -an advantage
• Basic communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Supports communication between the site and the support team regarding operations
• Oversee BOQ accuracy and analyze cost variations and implications
• Manage scope changes in relation to the BOQ
• Documents and records scope deviations and quantity changes
• Maintains record of work progress, executed quantities, and billings
• responsible for the meticulous consolidation and timely submission of all technical submittals including but not limited to, material specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and quality control plans
