Job summary

ASEC Development & Construction Corporation is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to support site operations, oversee BOQ accuracy, and manage scope changes. The role requires a degree in Architecture and at least 1 year of estimating experience in construction, with strong cost analysis and documentation skills.

The candidate should be proficient in MS Office, SAP, and scheduling tools, and familiar with EH&S standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• At least 1 year of estimating/quantity surveying experience in construction.
• Experience in field operations is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of EH&S standards and procedures for construction.
• Knowledge of cost management, planning and estimating.
• Knowledge of estimating principles and cost analysis.
• Knowledge of contracts management.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Familiarity with scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong change management, variation orders and claims procedures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Basic knowledge of/skills in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of/skills in Environment, Health, and Safety Standards and Procedures, in

the construction industry

• Basic knowledge in cost management including planning, estimating, and accounts
• Intermediate knowledge of/skills in estimating principles and practices, cost analysis
• Basic knowledge of/skills in contracts management
• Basic knowledge of/skills in SAP Systems
