Job summary

ASEC Development and Construction Corporation seeks a qualified Architect to support site operations and BIM coordination on high-rise projects in Metro Manila. You will oversee BOQ accuracy, analyze cost variations, and manage scope changes, ensuring documentation of deviations and progress records.

The role requires a BS in Architecture, up to 1 year of relevant experience, and familiarity with construction drawings, submittals, and ISO 9001 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Architecture degree required.
• 6 months to 1 year of technical work experience in high-rise construction.
• Ability to prepare and submit the Submittal Schedule aligned with the PEP Schedule.
• Ability to create weekly CCM technical report summaries and updates coordinated with Operations Team and BIM.
• Knowledge of construction drawings preparation, interpretation and implementation.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials as per Material Submittals.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is an advantage.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

A. Education

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

B. Experience

• At least six months to 1 year technical work experience in high rise construction projects

• Ability to prepare, plan and have timely submissions for the Submittal Schedule inline with the PEP Schedule.

• Ability to create weekly CCM technical report summary and updates coordinated with Operations Team and BIM

• Knowledge on construction drawings preparation, interpretation and implementation.

• Project management skills

• Must have expansive knowledge on Construction Materials inline with the Material Submittals.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage
