Job summary

FIS in Manila is seeking a Consultant Lead, Professional Services - Asset Finance to guide analysis and delivery of asset finance solutions for financial institutions. You will lead requirements definition, process modelling and system configurations across migrations, upgrades and integrations, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires deep asset finance expertise, strong consulting skills and experience with SQL, APIs, and agile/waterfall

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business analysis, functional consulting or professional services within financial services or financial technology.
• Strong knowledge of asset finance products, processes and operational workflows, including origination, documentation, servicing, accounting, collections, asset management, settlements and end-of-contract activities.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into business process models, use cases, functional specifications, data models and system requirements.
• Experience implementing and configuring technology solutions, with a working understanding of SQL, API integrations and data mapping.
• Strong understanding of complete software-development lifecycles and requirements-definition methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and iterative delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and definition of business processes, system scope, objectives and functional requirements for asset finance solutions.
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to elicit, analyze and validate business needs, then translate them into process models, functional specifications, data models and solution requirements.
• Lead functional activities across system configurations, implementations, conversions, migrations, upgrades and integrations.
• Configure and validate solutions, support testing and acceptance activities, and confirm that delivered functionality meets agreed user and business requirements.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities while guiding clients and internal teams throughout the solution-delivery lifecycle.
