Job summary

FIS SG Systems Philippines Inc. is seeking a Consultant Lead, Professional Services – Asset Finance to steer functional consulting and solution delivery across the asset finance lifecycle. You will work with financial institutions and internal tech teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.

You will lead configurations, migrations, upgrades and integrations while ensuring quality and client satisfaction, with a hybrid role requiring three days in office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business analysis, functional consulting or professional services within financial services or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of asset finance products, processes and workflows: origination, servicing, accounting, collections, asset management and end-of-contract activities.
• Experience translating complex requirements into process models, use cases, data models and system requirements.
• Experience implementing and configuring technology solutions, with SQL, API integrations and data mapping.
• Understanding of SDLC and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and definition of business processes, system scope, objectives and functional requirements for asset finance solutions.
• Elicit, analyze and validate business needs; translate into process models and functional specifications.
• Lead functional activities across configurations, conversions, migrations, upgrades and integrations.
• Configure and validate solutions; support testing and acceptance; ensure alignment with requirements.
