• Maintain appropriate tone and confidentiality in communications.
• Provide administrative support and related functions.

About the role

The Technical Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all technical aspects of bid proposals meet regulatory, legal, and organizational compliance standards. This role involves reviewing technical documentation, assessing compliance risks related to bids, and providing guidance to the bid team to enhance submission quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of IT technical bid documents for all prospective projects of Lancaster Technology and Development Corporation (LTDC)
• Monitor and coordinate with the Technology Partners regarding the submission supporting documents
• Evaluate technical datasheets, brochure, and other materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance
• Ensure that technical information presented is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with requirements of the end-users
• Assist in preparation of IT technical project documents for endorsement to the Project Management and Implementation Department
• Compose and format professional emails, letters, memos, and other documents as needed
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriate tone in all communications
• Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and confidentiality
• Provide administrative assistance, support, and perform related functions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering or other allied courses
