The Technical Buyer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu. The Technical Buyer is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing materials and services, requesting and evaluating quotations, and preparing and issuing purchase orders in line with project specifications and company policies. This role coordinates closely with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, optimal cost, and quality compliance for construction and development projects. The Technical Buyer conducts supplier evaluation, negotiates purchasing and contract terms, monitors vendor performance, and maintains accurate purchasing records and documentation. The role also involves continuous market research for new suppliers and materials, risk assessment in the supply chain, and adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements.
