Job summary

Indra Group in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for Integrations Platforms. You will lead requirements elicitation, document standards, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

This role emphasizes BPMN modeling, process improvement, and ITIL v4 foundations. Senior candidates may guide junior BAs and manage workload while delivering quality requirements and analyses.

Experience in energy distribution domain is optional but highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Business Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Documentation, Process Analysis and Documentation, Process Improvement Knowledgeable of the functions and processes in Energy Distribution Utility (Optional but highly preferred)
• Experience on business process modelling (BPMN)
• Lean Six Sigma (Green belt and above)
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct project risk identification and mitigation action planning
• Conducts requirements gathering
• Client coordination on requirements and functional issues
• Coordination with Change and Release Management related to the development output of the project
• Perform document review related to the documentation standards by THE CLIENT
• For senior candidates: Manage workload and enhancements list for Business Analysts
• Ensure timeliness of deliverables of the Business Analysts
• Review the quality of the output submitted by the Functional Analysts for CLIENT quality audit review
• For senior candidates: Provide guidance and coaching to Business Analysts in elicitation, validation, analysis, solutioning, and overall management of business requirements
• Assists the Delivery Lead in the monitoring of execution of services according to agreed upon targets
• Provide general consultancy and BAU support to the project and THE CLIENT
