Quality Assurance & Technical Auditing
- Formulate and execute risk-based technical audit plans covering structural integrity, architectural finishes, MEP systems, and health & safety compliance across active project sites.
- Audit contractor Quality Control Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and industry best practices.
- Perform comprehensive on-site inspections to verify workmanship, material specifications, and structural execution against approved engineering drawings.
- Evaluate structural calculation reports, geotechnical findings, and shop drawings to identify technical risks early in the project lifecycle.
Cost, Material & Process Compliance
- Conduct technical verification of contractor progress billing, Variation Orders (VOs), and material substitution requests to prevent over-billing or use of substandard materials.
- Audit quality control testing procedures (e.g., concrete slump/cube tests, steel rebar tensile tests, hydro-testing, load tests) and validate third-party lab results.
- Assess contractor performance against key metrics, SLAs, and technical specifications.
Site Leadership
- Supervise site personnel in site inspection techniques and audit methodologies.
- Manage day-to-day audit schedules, site assignments, and ensure timely completion of audit field reports.
- Foster continuous improvement in quality control protocols, construction methodology, and auditing standards across all active site developments.
Reporting & Corrective Actions
- Draft high-impact, evidence-based technical audit reports highlighting non-conformances (NCRs), structural defects, cost leakages, and risk ratings.
- Formulate actionable, realistic recommendations to resolve technical deficiencies and prevent repeat non-compliances.
- Track and verify the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action plans by project management teams and main contractors
