Frabelle Corporation in Manila seeks an Engineer to verify contractor tariffs, review billings, and ensure compliance with contract terms.

The ideal candidate will be willing to conduct vessel/site inspections 2–3 times a week, possess strong communication and analytical thinking, and coordinate with the Engineering Head and department heads to maintain accuracy and on-time delivery.

This role demands attention to detail, reliability, and collaborative teamwork to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required, with or without license.
• Willing to conduct vessel/site inspections 2–3 times per week.
• Candidates must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Check the contractors' tariff used and corrected as company tariff standard used.
• Check and review the contractors' billings and charges inclusion.
• Verify contractors' work progress quality and output based on contract submitted.
• Coordinate with the Asst. General Manager/General Manager/Engineering Head/Department Heads concerned.
• Strictly follow the billing and contracts work flow.
