Job summary

The role requires 3–4 years in Food and Beverage projects, an Electrical Engineering degree, PRC license, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
• PRC license required.
• 3–4 years of work experience in Food and Beverage projects.
• Technical Audit experience such as Quality Assurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD.
• Skilled in cost derivation/analysis.
• Skilled in construction contract agreements and tender documentation.
• Immediate availability preferred.

About the role

The Junior Audit Engineer inspects, tests, and reviews ongoing or completed store projects to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety laws, budget and legal contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Site Inspections: Conduct regular walkthroughs and field checks to verify physical work matches architectural and engineering drawings, approved blueprints, and technical specifications
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to local building codes, legal permits, and international quality management frameworks
• Risk and Cost Assessment: Review procurement procedures, material test reports, contractors bids, and billing statements to identify cost overruns, delays or safety gaps
• Audit Reporting: Document non-conformities (Defects or Rule Violations), perform root cause analysis, and draft corrective action plans for project management teams
• Contract Verification: Interpret contract terms, evaluate change orders, and track submittals of final hand over documents

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• Must have PRC Licensed.
• At least 3-4 years of work experience in Food and Beverage projects.
• Technical Audit experience such as Quality Assurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Knowledgeable in Autocad.
