The Technical Assistant provides technical and administrative support to the Plant and Site Development Office by maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring work orders and ongoing projects, coordinating maintenance-related activities with concerned offices and personnel, managing inventory records, and assisting in the preparation of maintenance procedures and other office documents.
Maintain and organize maintenance-related documents, records, reports, and work orders.
Monitor the status and progress of maintenance requests, work orders, and ongoing projects.
Coordinate maintenance activities and requirements with different offices, personnel, and concerned stakeholders.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records of maintenance materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
Assist in the preparation, updating, and drafting of maintenance procedures, forms, reports, and other administrative documents.
Track the availability and utilization of maintenance materials and resources.
Assist in preparing documentation and reports related to maintenance activities and projects.
Ensure that records and documents are properly filed, updated, and readily accessible when needed.
Support the Plant and Site Development Office in administrative and coordination tasks related to maintenance operations.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in documentation, monitoring, inventory management, coordination, or administrative support is an advantage.
Knowledge or experience in drafting procedures, reports, forms, and other office documents.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic documentation tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and records.
Able to work effectively with different offices and personnel.
Willing to perform field/site coordination when necessary.
