Moog Controls Corp. in Baguio is seeking a Technical Assistant to support daily operational performance through KPI tracking and data reporting. You will maintain tool inventories, assist with audits, and coordinate EPRs and operational transactions with Engineering, Materials, and Quality teams.
The role requires at least 3 years in administrative support, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to organize records and reports for management reviews.

Job Title: Technical Assistant Reporting To: Manager I, Production Area Work Schedule: Onsite - Baguio City, PH
Support daily operational performance by maintaining and monitoring production performance trackers and key operational metrics. Extract, compile, analyze, and report operational data used for departmental KPIs, management reviews, and business reporting. Monitor and maintain operational tracking systems including OEE trackers, productivity reports, attendance-related reports, and other performance monitoring tools. Provide timely visibility of performance trends, exceptions, and issues requiring management attention. Support implementation and sustainment of operational excellence initiatives through accurate monitoring and reporting.
Serve as the designated Tool and Gauge Custodian for the A&T Operations team. Maintain accurate inventory and accountability records of production tools, fixtures, gauges, and related equipment. Monitor tool issuance, return, calibration status, storage, and condition to ensure availability and compliance with established procedures. Coordinate replacement, repair, maintenance, and procurement requirements for tooling assets. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of tooling transactions and records.
Maintain accurate records, reports, databases, and documentation supporting operational and business requirements. Extract, compile, validate, and analyze data from various systems to support KPI reporting and operational decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of reports. Maintain organized filing systems and document repositories in accordance with company requirements. Support audit readiness by ensuring completeness and accessibility of records and documentation.
Support monitoring compliance to operational standards and sustainment activities including 5S audits, Autonomous Maintenance (AM) checklists, production checklists, and other operational control systems. Track completion status of required activities and elevate overdue actions as necessary. Provide visibility and reporting on compliance performance and improvement opportunities. Support implementation of operational controls and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure monitoring records are updated, accurate, and available for management review.
Process Electronic Process Requests (EPRs) and other operational transactions in accordance with established procedures. Coordinate required documentation, approvals, and system updates to support timely execution of engineering and production-related activities. Maintain transaction records and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Provide administrative and technical coordination support for operational and engineering requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and availability of operational consumables including alcohol, spill kits, cleaning materials, PPE-related supplies, and other production support items. Coordinate replenishment activities to prevent operational interruptions resulting from material shortages. Maintain accurate records of inventory usage, issuance, and replenishment activities. Support inventory verification, reconciliation, and materials control activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability of required materials and supplies.
Serve as a coordination point between Operations, Engineering, Materials, Quality, and other support functions. Facilitate timely communication and follow-through on operational action items and requests. Monitor assigned activities and ensure completion within established timelines. Provide status updates and reporting to support management visibility and decision-making. Support execution of departmental initiatives, projects, and improvement activities.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, monitoring systems, record management, and operational workflows. Support implementation of Lean, 5S, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain organized tracking systems that improve operational efficiency and visibility. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through proactive support and problem-solving.
Graduate of a Business, Information Technology, or related course
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support services role. Experience in document management, records handling, or clerical operations is an advantage.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Data analysis and reporting. Inventory and records management. Understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, 5S, AM, productivity). Strong coordination and organizational skills. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
