Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required in related fields.
• 3–5 years in inventory control or asset management.
• Experience with construction materials and heavy equipment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with internal controls and asset tracking.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory software.
• Strong analytical and documentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct physical inventory audits and verify assets.
• Reconcile physical inventory with records and reports.
• Inspect issuance, transfer, utilization, and return of equipment.
• Identify discrepancies, losses, and irregularities.
• Monitor asset accountability and inventory control procedures.
• Review delivery receipts, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate site inspections with management and departments.
• Prepare audit findings, reports, and corrective-action recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of corrective measures and improvements.
• Ensure documentation and safeguarding of company assets.
