Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and discrepancy analysis.
• Able to conduct physical inventory counts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to travel to different branches/sites.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Conduct physical inventory counts and inventory verification at assigned branches/sites
• Reconcile physical inventory results with system records and identify discrepancies
• Assist in conducting field audits and branch/site inspections
• Review inventory records, documents, and supporting reports
• Prepare audit and inventory reports and document audit findings
• Coordinate with concerned departments regarding discrepancies and required corrective actions
• Perform other audit-related duties as assigned
