Job summary

GCash is seeking a senior Software Engineer to describe, design, develop, and manage solution engineering for business problems. You will translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, divide complex processes, and plan system integrations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Java, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Linux scripting, with experience leading teams through requirements gathering to delivery. Manila-based role within a dynamic FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field with strong web/software development background.
• Has team and project management experience from requirements gathering to build.
• Elasticsearch and Kibana experience.
• Minimum 5 Linux scripting programming experience.

We’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder of any computer related course with minimum of 10 years experience in Web and Software Development.
• Has team and project management experience from requirements gathering to the build stage.
• ElasticSearch and Kibana experience.
• Minimum 5 Linux scripting programming experience.
• Minimum 5 years Java experience.
• Exposure to different software development build methodologies.
