Job summary

ZeepleWork seeks an experienced Technical Account Manager (Quality Engineering & Test Automation) to support enterprise clients remotely in the Philippines. You will blend deep QA expertise with client-facing skills to ensure successful test automation deployments and framework configurations.

The role requires 6–10+ years in SDLC/QE and 3+ years in customer-facing technical positions, with a track record of translating complex tech details into business value for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in SDLC, QE, and customer-facing tech roles.
• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, Solutions Architect, CS Engineer).
• Demonstrated ability to manage varied stakeholders and translate technical jargon into business value.
• 6+ years overall experience in Software Quality Engineering (QE), test architecture, or developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead live customer debugging sessions to resolve framework configurations.
• Translate technical jargon into business value for clients.
• Review and improve test automation strategies with clients.

Key Requirements:

• MUST HAVE: 6 to 10 Years in SDLC, Quality Engineering & Customer-Facing Technical Roles
• 3+years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineer, or client-facing QA Automation Lead).
• Demonstrated ability to manage varied stakeholders, handle difficult client escalations, and translate technical jargon into business value
• 6+ years overall experience in Software Quality Engineering (QE), test architecture, or developer tooling.
• Working knowledge of modern UI test automation tools and libraries (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or BDD/Cucumber frameworks)
• Lead live customer debugging sessions to resolve framework configurations
• Ability to read, debug, and review test automation code in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
