Qualifications

• Skilled at turning complex technical problems into straightforward, easy-to-follow guidance for non-technical users.
• Strong English writing ability, with communication that feels polished, approachable, direct, and easy to follow.
• A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Practical experience handling payments and billing questions, product returns, order-related issues, and customer account requests.
• A genuine service-oriented approach, demonstrating patience, understanding, ownership, and a commitment to achieving positive customer outcomes.
