Job summary

EASY PC COMPUTING INC. in Metro Manila seeks a knowledgeable computer repair technician to join our retail support team. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, install and configure software, and help customers with troubleshooting in a fast-paced retail environment.

A CSS NC II certificate is an advantage, but not required; two years of repair experience and strong hardware knowledge are important. Excellence in communication and reliability is valued in daily customer interactions.

Qualifications

• TESDA Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NC II certificate or equivalent is an advantage but not required
• At least two (2) years of experience in computer repair or technical servicing
• Retail or customer service experience is required
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components (motherboard, RAM, CPU, GPU, PSU, storage devices, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Capable of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications
• Basic networking knowledge, including LAN setup, Wi‑Fi configuration, and router troubleshooting
• Familiarity with antivirus programs and system security tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Honest, reliable, and maintains a professional attitude at all times
