Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in IT/CS/IS/Information Systems or related field.
• Basic hardware, software, and networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a corporate IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns
• Assist in setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Support user account creation, password resets, and access management
• Help monitor and maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Assist in troubleshooting system, connectivity, and application issues
• Support the IT team in system upgrades, installations, and maintenance activities
• Participate in IT-related projects and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
• Perform other administrative and technical tasks as assigned by the IT team
