Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client projects as the Researcher in collaboration with Consultants and Researchers.
• Develop rigorous market research strategies and scoping to deliver client solutions at scale.
• Calibrate and prioritize candidates through thorough research and internal networks.
• Create high-quality client documentation and candidate profiles.
• Partner with teams to shape business development materials and pitches.
