• Graduate of any four-year course; Business, Engineering, Science, Communication, or related fields are preferred.
• Experience in project coordination or research administration is an advantage.
• Interest in innovation, research commercialization, technology transfer, or industry engagement is preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, professional, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, and Word/Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research teams and activity schedules.
• Prepare training materials, participant communications, presentations, and session documents.
• Track technology briefs, market and IP assessments, valuation inputs, and licensing documents.
• Help organize mentoring sessions, industry activities, and clinic logistics.
• Maintain project records, attendance, activity trackers, and documentation.
