Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to design and lead comprehensive test strategies.

You will collaborate with product and development teams to ensure robust coverage, build automation, and drive high-quality releases in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. The role emphasizes automation, API/UI testing, and integration with CI/CD, with an opportunity to influence testing approaches and tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing and test automation.
• Proficiency in Playwright (preferably Python, ok with Typescript/Java Script).
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with SQL and REST APIs. (Data validation and simple queries are ok) - tested web applications and complicated workflows.
• Experience with API/UI testing.
• Strong core testing skills with the ability to influence test approaches for repeatable testing and sustainable automation.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Experience in software testing and test automation.
• Proficiency in Playwright (preferably Python, ok with Typescript/Java Script)
• Strong Python skills.

• Experience with API/UI testing.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Experience working on enterprise ERP platforms.
• Experience with AWS (Basic cloud knowledge)
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to operate independently while following existing framework guidelines.

Resourcefulness in problem-solving and clear articulation of outputs for non-technical stakeholders.
