Genpact in the Philippines is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development to steer front-end and AI-assisted development initiatives across platforms. You will translate business needs into robust software solutions and guide a cross-functional team through delivery.

The role emphasizes React-based front-end work, Python and data analysis, cloud and container technologies, and strong collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in front end development using React.
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents (e.g., Claude code, Codex) to enhance productivity, code quality, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Help comprehend requirements and implement business-driven requests and software upgrades.
• Provide support and maintain platforms owned by the team and document solutions.
• Assist in creating acceptance criteria for user stories and QA perspectives on UX, performance, and bugs.
• Work with a cross-functional team to identify risks and mitigate them where possible.
