Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to guide multiple software teams. You will set technical direction, design scalable systems, review code, and drive architectural decisions to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.

You will collaborate with product and operations, prioritize backlogs, participate in Agile rituals, and foster engineering excellence through coding standards and improved workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong backend development experience using technologies such as Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar, with demonstrated technical leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of APIs, GitOps, version control, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience or exposure to supply chain technology, logistics systems, or related industries is an advantage.
