Job summary

Our Clients in Makati is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to guide multiple teams in building scalable backend systems. You will shape technical strategy, oversee architecture, and drive delivery with cross-functional partners across product and operations.

You will champion API design, GitOps, and modern DevOps practices while mentoring engineers, refining processes, and ensuring high-quality code and timely releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Strong backend dev with Java/Golang/Node.js/Scala and leadership experience.
• Good API, GitOps, version control and Agile practice knowledge.

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite

Location: Makati

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor one or more software engineering teams, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define technical priorities, development roadmaps, and release plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong backend development experience with Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar technologies, along with proven technical leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of APIs, GitOps, version control, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with supply chain technology, logistics systems, or related industries is an advantage.
