Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Tech Lead (Manager) to lead development squads in the Makati office. The role combines hands-on engineering with architecture, strategic alignment, and team leadership to deliver scalable systems for supply chain domains.

You will drive digital transformation, define product roadmaps with stakeholders, and ensure delivery cadence through Agile practices while mentoring engineers and maintaining code quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Proven leadership with track record growing engineering teams.
• Backend OOP experience in Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala or similar stack.
• Experience with React, TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and GitOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation: drive innovative solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.
• System Architecture: build scalable architectures.
• Product Roadmap: define roadmaps and release timelines with stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: guide and mentor one or more squads in Supply Chain tech.
• Strategic Alignment: translate strategy into actionable technical priorities.
• Agile Delivery: backlog sizing and sprint planning support.
• Hands-On Engineering: write code, review code, and make technical calls.
• Quality Assurance: uphold code quality standards.
