Job summary

You will design secure, scalable systems using Go, architect Kafka-based event-driven solutions, and drive performance and reliability across Redis and PostgreSQL while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product teams to deliver impactful solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Go (Golang), Kafka, Kubernetes (K8s), Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience designing and operating large-scale, high-availability distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, advanced programming principles, and design patterns.
• The ability to promote and demonstrate clean, maintainable, and scalable coding practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Experience building secure, resilient, and performance-oriented applications.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
