Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Senior Backend Engineering Lead to guide one or more teams in building scalable technology solutions.

You will actively participate in coding, system design, and technical decision‑making while coordinating with product stakeholders to define priorities, roadmaps, and release schedules. The role emphasizes Agile practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement of development workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong backend development experience using Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar, with demonstrated technical leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of APIs, GitOps, version control, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience or exposure to supply chain technology, logistics systems, or related industries is an advantage.
