Job summary

CloudEats in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our Kitchen Operations team. You will work with the Kitchen Head and Senior Line Cook to prepare dishes, maintain standards, and ensure every item is cooked to perfection.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of cooking experience, a passion for cooking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven kitchen environment. Education may include a high school diploma; culinary certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Experience: 1–2 years cooking experience, preferably in a cloud kitchen or similar fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Physical Requirements: Stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Prep Work: Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating as per recipe requirements.
• Cooking: Cook and assemble dishes according to the menu and customer preferences, maintaining high quality.
• Kitchen Equipment Handling: Operate grills, ovens, fryers, and mixers safely.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in line with health regulations.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory, including receiving, storing, and recording production.
• Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and positive environment.
• Other tasks may be assigned.
