Job summary

CloudEats is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our Kitchen Operations team. The Line Cook will work closely with the Kitchen Head and Senior Line cook to prepare and execute dishes, maintaining kitchen standards in a fast-paced, technology-driven kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of cooking experience, strong knowledge of cooking techniques, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift heavy objects, in a busy cloud

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• 1–2 years cooking experience, preferably in a cloud kitchen or fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Prep work: chop, slice, dice, and marinate ingredients as per recipe requirements.
• Cook and assemble dishes according to the menu and customer preferences, maintaining quality.
• Operate kitchen appliances such as grills, ovens, fryers, and mixers safely.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency; make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving, storing supplies, and recording production.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and positive environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
