HRTx Inc. is seeking a Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager in Makati City, with hybrid work arrangement and a Monday-to-Friday schedule. The role focuses on managing technology risk, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, and resilience programs for client engagements.

The candidate will lead projects, tailor delivery methodologies, coach teams, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in business consulting, IT assurance, technology risk, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, or resilience management.
• Strong understanding of information security, cybersecurity governance, IT controls, technology risk, or resilience frameworks.
• Experience in managing projects, teams and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements related to technology, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, and resilience management.
• Develop and tailor work programs, methodologies, and deliverables based on the client's business and technology environment.
• Lead project execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of engagement outputs.
• Conduct technical briefings and provide guidance to engagement teams on project requirements and methodologies.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and effectively manage client expectations throughout the engagement.
• Coordinate with engagement partners, senior managers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, billings, and collections.
• Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions or solutions.
• Directly communicate with clients regarding project status, findings, recommendations, and other engagement matters.
• Review and ensure the quality and completeness of project deliverables.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and overall performance.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and provide constructive performance guidance to team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, tools, and service delivery practices.
• Support business development and other consulting initiatives when required.
