Our Clients in Makati seeks a Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager to lead consulting engagements focused on information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, and resilience management.

You will manage project delivery, tailor work programs to client requirements, provide technical guidance, managing client and team expectations, and developing team members through coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, IT assurance, technology risk or governance.
• Strong understanding of information security, cybersecurity governance and resilience frameworks.
• Experience in managing projects, teams and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client briefings.
• Ability to lead multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and oversee low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements related to technology, information security, governance and resilience.
• Develop and tailor work programs, methodologies and deliverables per client environment.
• Lead project execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of outputs.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct briefings to engagement teams.
• Serve as main client contact and manage expectations throughout engagements.
• Coordinate with partners, senior managers and team members to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage timelines, resources, deliverables, billings and collections.
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve capabilities and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and tools.
• Support business development and other consulting initiatives when required.

Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager to lead low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements focused on information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, and resilience management.

The role will be responsible for managing project delivery, tailoring work programs to client requirements, providing technical guidance, managing client and team expectations, and developing team members through coaching and feedback. The Manager will work closely with clients and engagement leaders to ensure projects are delivered effectively, within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements related to technology, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, and resilience management.
• Develop and tailor work programs, methodologies, and deliverables based on the client's business and technology environment.
• Lead project execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of engagement outputs.
• Conduct technical briefings and provide guidance to engagement teams on project requirements and methodologies.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and effectively manage client expectations throughout the engagement.
• Coordinate with engagement partners, senior managers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, billings, and collections.
• Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions or solutions.
• Directly communicate with clients regarding project status, findings, recommendations, and other engagement matters.
• Review and ensure the quality and completeness of project deliverables.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and overall performance.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and provide constructive performance guidance to team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, tools, and service delivery practices.
• Support business development and other consulting initiatives when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, IT assurance, technology risk, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, or resilience management.
• Strong understanding of information security, cybersecurity governance, IT controls, technology risk, and/or business resilience frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct technical briefings and communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong time management, organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
• ISO 22301 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
• Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
• CompTIA certifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Reporting Structure

The Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager will be part of the Digital Trust Services Practice – Consulting Team under the Advisory Services Division.

The role will report directly to the Senior Manager and/or Partner of the assigned engagement.
