Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an IT Senior Associate (External) in Makati City to support external consulting engagements focused on cybersecurity, information security, technology governance, and IT assurance.

The role requires managing engagements independently while leading small project teams. Responsibilities include leading client engagements, conducting walkthroughs, supervising junior consultants, and presenting findings to clients, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting or IT assurance.
• Experience handling external client engagements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements involving IT governance and cybersecurity assessments.
• Conduct walkthroughs and client interviews.
• Supervise junior consultants during project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to address project risks and challenges.
• Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the engagement.
