Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati City is seeking IT Technology and Cybersecurity Consultants from junior to senior levels to support engagements focused on technology risk, information security, governance, and business resilience. The role is hybrid with Monday to Friday schedule and full-time employment.

The candidate will assess IT processes, controls, risks, and security practices, develop deliverables, tailor methodologies, and stay updated on regulatory developments while engaging with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT assurance, technology risk, cybersecurity, information security, or IT governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in a client-facing consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute consulting engagements related to IT governance, technology risk, cybersecurity, information security, and resilience.
• Conduct assessments of IT processes, controls, risks, and security practices.
• Develop workpapers, reports, recommendations, and other client deliverables.
• Assist in tailoring methodologies and work programs based on client requirements.
• Communicate with clients and engagement teams regarding project requirements and deliverables.
• Identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
• Support project planning, documentation, and timely delivery of engagement outputs.
• Stay updated on relevant technology, cybersecurity, risk, and regulatory developments.
