Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer in the Philippines to design, deploy and optimize enterprise voice services across global locations. You will own SBC configurations, Direct Routing, and Teams Phone integration, with hands-on troubleshooting and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes incident resolution, stakeholder management and proactive automation to improve reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

The candidate has 8+ years in unified communications, collaboration or voice engineering.
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Teams Phone or Direct Routing.
Proven track record in managing enterprise SBCs and SIP carrier connectivity.
Experience in production voice services and complex incident resolution.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy and support Microsoft Teams External Calling and Teams Phone solutions.
Configure voice routing, dial plans and calling policies; support PSTN connectivity via Direct Routing.
Migrate from traditional PBX to Teams telephony and manage Auto Attendants and Call Queues.
Deploy, administer and maintain SBC infrastructure; troubleshoot SIP signalling and media issues.
Coordinate SIP trunk provisioning, DID management and number porting with carriers.
Provide advanced L3/L4 support and drive service improvement through automation.
